I was just thinking and reading around the forums, and bombers are sad about stuff. :c

-You would say-. . . "Oh no, why Crimsy?"

Because they feel they're getting ripped off. But no fear here's a lil idea as a bandage to your hurts.

The Chrono Crest is a 3* sheild that has a high charge time reduction for all weapons and a small split normal/elemental defence.

-"I guess this can help bombers but, i still want RSS back."

Explanation: Its a normal sized crest that has a little broken clock in it with springs poking out and a gear spinning inside of it. Clever.

In-game description: A mid-sized sheild crafted from magical clock and fitted to aid a weapon's inert abilities in a quicker fashion.

Or something like that, comment for support or criticism, or anything please :)

I like the Idea but what about 4 and 5 star? and also not piercing. what about elemental. piercing is in the BTS the other 5 star weapon stat upgrading shield. I REALLY want this in tho

I dont' know at all :O

Id be happy to make a 4* and 5* version if this recieves more support. I made this really quick and didn't have all that much thought behind it except that it has high charge time reduction.

I guess it could be split elemental, just trying not to make it OP or whatevs.

Reasons why...

Small reasons why this shield results in less for bombers than one thinks...

General CTR shield = Chargespam = Brandish/DA/Alchemer/Blitz charge FTW EVEN MORESO THAN WHAT IT IS NOW!
Also capable of bringing out the dreaded shardspam/explosion spam/haze spam of various other bombs that much more often
However, one very nice side-effect to this is... CTR Low UVs can see a light price jump.
Additional reason why OOO might not want this/reason they will give us, as you heat your weapons, CTR is gained.

Reasons to make this shield happen:
SSB exists and needs a twin of some fashion
Makes bombers more capable of wanting Merc Demo

However, a 4 and 5* version of a GENERAL CTR SHIELD is right out, period. Made rather obvious by OOO in their SSB, if you want a general buff from your shield, it's defense must be terrible for t3 exploration.

A bomb ctr shield is more capable of breaching the 4 and 5* marks. Added as an item from the Roar Twins, it would be fairly effective. Likely deserving of an Elemental damage resist (although shadow would make bombers far happier, since all their dang gear is elemental resist).

I would suggest a 2* variation on this shield (if for bombs), and lack animation. Would rather not add to the SK plate on lag processing.

Give it Medium CTR, not High. General ASI is only useful for two weapon types where CTR is useful for all three of them. (Bombs get affected by ASI but in a very subtle manner outclassed by just about any other bonus).

Maybe a gun charge shield

But no more than +2 charge bonus. For that one weapon type. With Swiftstrike-esque defense.
