Okay, long and complicated suggestion.

Here is how it starts:
A Weapon Sash is a brown or black leather bag which straps around your shoulder and to the back of your body. Preferably hanging to one side of your legs. There then is a flap hanging over the top with a golden ring holding the top cover and bag in place.

These Weapon Sash's could be, as Aced-Acer suggested, a promo box/item. Or, they could be an in-game item worth about 2-3kce.

This "Weapon Sash" is like a box, but it is wearable. You can wear it for decoration, kind of like an accessory, or you can open it, and try your luck at getting a new weapon for you, or for your friend. Of course, there is always the option of selling it to the other players of Spiral Knights.

This sash, as said before, has the ability to open up a weapon. Randomly picked by chance, like the other boxes and promos, you can either get a 0*, 1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, or 5* weapon. It could be a gun, bomb, or sword. The chances for the weapons are as follow:

20% Chance of getting a 0* Weapon
24% Chance of getting a 1* Weapon
8% Chance of getting a 2* Weapon
12% Chance of getting a 3* Weapon
23% Chance of getting a Bronze UV Ticket
7% Chance of getting a Silver UV Ticket
4% Chance of getting a 4* Weapon
2% Chance of getting a 5* Weapon
Total % rate= 100.

Now, the percentages can be altered according to the GM's taste. They choose the possibilities, mine was just an outline.

As quoted, at least once before, any kind of weapon can be pulled out of the bag for each *. Ex: a 1* Gun, 2* Sword, a 1* Sword, etc.
