What to bring
Fire resist gear is good for beginners at FSC. Also bring a elemental weapon, Glacius and Combuster are highly effective. Also to make tthing easier bring a Shivermist buster to lock Vana/enemies. Wear either heart pendants, or sword or gun trinkets (Gun trinkets for damage works great for Blitz Needle, which is highly effective against Vana/Trojans) Then I bring personally myself a Cold Iron Vanquisher to deal with the jellies and wolvers.
The rest is skill and practice. =) Good luck Knight.

oh right
Qolcanic plate sheild is great for taking Vana blows and the wheels. The Grey owlite sheild is great for absorbing fire and elemental attacks. And if you play long enough, The crest of almire is perfect for pretty much everything.
Simply:
Volcanic Plate sheild is great at tanking hits
Grey is great for absorbing fire and ele attacks.
Crest is good for every round the FSC, but takes time to make it.

Ironmight Plate shield / Blackened Crest / Crest of Almire
Divine Avenger or DAT HAMMER "Yes I have a Warmaster Rocket hammer"
Shivermist Buster
Blitz needle*
Polaris*
*Requires upgrade slots (800 energy in all for 30 days)
Also, recommended to have a full party.

Thanks guys. I got the gigawatt, toxic needle, shiver, and the hammer. Just need the shield. I think im fine with my divine veil and sclover coat.
