Question on buying Starter Pack

Hello I have a spiral knight account connected through steam but I Can't buy energy through steam for the country that i live in (Which is Japan) is a restricted country for buying things on spiral knight. . .

So I was wondering if I'll make a seperate account using my facebook then buying the starter pack.

The only question is Are the items in the Starter Pack bound?
cuz I'm going to send all the stuff in the starter pack to my steam account character.

Please answer my question ASAP can't wait to craft some good gear in this game :)

If you use another character to buy the starter pack you can't send anything (even the mist tanks) except the CE to you steam account.
The only other way to do this is to find someone buying a Party Pack and sharing the costs (which is cheaper) and gifting a starter pack to your steam account.

Actually, you can buy any and all of the CE packs for your steam character without going through steam wallet
First you need to log in to the forums using the "log in through steam" option
Then go to https://billing.spiralknights.com/billing/shared/select_type.jspx
From there you can choose what way you want to pay then what package you would like

I had a look at the link but couldn't find where you did not need steam wallet to purchase CE.

Can you point out where exactly in the link that shows us how?

You can also mail cash to OOO to get energy, though that might be a bit expensive in itself given that you live in Japan.
