On my clock it hit 2pm Western Standard time about the time Sky_Jaws/Oreoo made the bid (shows on the forum clock too), since the auction ended at 2pm western time, I believe any bids up to that point are still valid

It's your decision in the end. But I suggest you make clearer rules on your next auction. I felt I had to bid late on this because you only have an end time and no rules about bid standing/sniping.
None of us can see your clock, but when you posted it was 2 PM on your end I had the highest bid. If you go by the forum post time, by the time it struck 2 PM via forum time I was the high bidder (if a post is tagged 2 PM the stroke of 2 PM has obviously already passed).
Just got an offer in game for 5k CE for it
