My newbie friend Spiralpinkyknight (her knight name, not account name) is stuck at the Rescue Camp (the part before you go on the mission with Rhendon to cross the chasm and where it's nightfall). She's spoken to everyone in the camp and tried the elevator, but everytime she tries to start the Crossing the Chasm mission to get to Haven, the start mission button blinks red and then back to normal, and she gets a lil' message in her chat saying "Insufficient energy."
We even tried asking other players starting out to friend her and then giving directions to invite her into the mission, but either they can't figure it out, or it simply doesn't work. She's finished all the previous missions, and like I said, she's spoken to every knight in the camp.
She's stuck!
Is this a bug, or just her account?
What d'we do now!?

I think they turned off the energy tooltip until you reach haven.

I created a new account.

I created a new account. After arrival, I noticed the same thing, the mist energy bar went "puff" blown away. Invisible.
But I managed to take few missions and BOOOM here comes the hard part.

I logged on back to my main account and was unimaginably horrified(seriously).
My main account lost all its mist energy.

For reference, click this link. Im too tired to type ;)

I had this too

I had that problem too, i made another account for a friend of mine (ACCOUNT not character) and before the first mission in the camp it had said insufficient energy, perhaps its another "backfire" as a result of the patches?
