___I have been thinking about Creating a Guild for Months, and now I am finally going ahead with it. Provided, of course, I can find a little support from other experienced SKers to form the backbone of it...
~~This Guild's "Mission Statement"~~
___The Primary Mission of this Guild will be to take newer/weaker players through the Twins Mission Run, for a bit of cr or coverage of 1-2 of your Elevators. It's Secondary Mission can be to help new payers to even make it to the point of diving on the Twins... Other activities, Shadow Lairs, Farming other Bosses, Lockdown/Blast Network, or simply running Levels in Parties, will be up to the motivation of the members individually, as they wish to engage in such things. Alliances with other Guilds which specialize in the other Bosses, Lockdown and Shadow Lairs, will probably be sought, as well.
----->Your ATTENTION, Please...: I am looking for SKers who would like to Join at their Rank of preference: Veteran, Officer or GM.
Duties: Mostly what you choose to do for the Guild, what role you wish to assume or fill. However, GMs and Officers will be expected to Collect Membership Fees prior to Inviting interested SKers into the Guild.
Benefits: Starting with Members, the higher your Rank, the more you are permitted to charge* to help Recruits and weaker/less experienced members to beat the Twins. You may, of course, help them for free, if you so choose...
*To be Paid after the Run, if it is successful. No Results, No Return...
___Joining at these Ranks will cost a one-time, upfront Membership Fee*, which will all be pooled into the Guild Treasury, which will in turn be drawn from to purchase Items for Raffles and to pay out the Lotteries.
*As others Join this Guild and Pay their Membership Fees, a certain percentage of the Membership Fee you paid initially, will be returned to you.
Veteran ~ Requirements: at least a 4* Weapon and Shield good for the Twins, and T2 clearance. {Membership Fee-<25CE - CE given back 5CE*>
Officer ~ Requirements: at least all 4* Gears good for the Twins, and T3 clearance. {Membership Fee-<75CE - CE given back 25CE>
GM ~ Requirements: at least a 5* Weapon and Shield good for the Twins, and T3 clearance. {Membership Fee-<125CE - CE given back 50CE>
*Veterans who choose to Leave the Guild, will have the remaining 20CE of their initial Membership Fee returned to them, IF they Submit a Letter of Resignation to me.
~~A Few Other Details About This Proposed Guild~~
___I will expect all members to play SK regularly, and to attend at least one of the Bi-weekly(2x a month) Guild Meetings, or to submit a Proxy Attendance Notice via In-game Mail, if they cannot attend for any reason.
___I intend to hold regular CE Lotteries(1-2x+ a month) and Item Raffles(2x a month), for each respective Rank*. Both will require the Purchase(with CE) of "tickets" prior to the drawings.
*With the Exceptions of: Noobish Recruits for the CE Raffles(I figure they need all their CE for Upgrading their Gears...)and GMs and Officers for the Item Raffles(they can usually Buy what they want).
___The higher your Rank, the more often you will be expected to participate in Recruitment Drives. GMs should be willing to spend 5-10min. a day Recruiting, while Veterans need do so only after Attending a Guild Meeting.
___Also with regard to your Rank, the higher it is, the fewer days of "grace" you will be allowed between Log-ons*. GMs will be permitted 3 days, Officers 5 days, Veterans 7 days, before they will be Demoted.
*Notices of Extended Leave are welcomed and will excuse you from my evil eye as the days since your last Log-On accumulate and pass the Demotion or Kicking Limits.
___I will be acting as the Guild Treasurer*; all Membership Fees collected by other GMs and the Officers, should find their way to me soonest after you receive them.
*I have an unused Secondary Account which may serve well to keep my own CE and the Guild Treasury CE seperated. Though I AM big on keeping Records, so combining my own and the Guild Treasury CE shouldn't be a problem...
___Additionally, the Wiki Page for this Guild will be kept reasonably Up-to-date, and will contain general information, The Rules, Announcements, Your Suggestions for The Guild, as well as list Lottery and Raffle Winners.
~~About Me(just in case you are at ALL interested...)~~
___I've been playing since the turn of the year, have all 4* Gears( 5* Gears are too expensive) and hold a few records for the Twins Mission Run, including Most Consecutive Runs in 30 Days and Most Consecutive Runs in a Day.
___Recently, I have dived on the Twins without my dual Tri-Heart Pendants and without a third Weapon, as well as an anti-Type Gun, and found that I rarely needed to use Health Capsules, depending on how bad the Lag was...
___To act in my new role as Founding GM and to help ensure I can deliver on my offer to help other members of the Guild through the Twins Mission Run, I will be getting back to my doubled Tri-Heart Pendants and a third Weapon Slot.
___I have never tried Lockdown or Blast Network and have not yet been to Vanaduke or any of the Shadow Lairs. I haven't even run in T3 much, though I have had T3 Clearance for months...

___If you definitely wish to Join, just shoot me the Membership Fee* appropriate to your desired Rank via In-game Mail, anytime. Or hold onto your CE until I have several other higher Ranked players waiting to Join, if you prefer...
*This Guild has not been born yet. However, barring a total lack of disinterest from experienced players, I plan to Create it by late Friday or sometime Saturday, in time to hold the First Guild Meeting on Sunday Morning...

I like your idea of the guild being a helpful one, but don't charge the nubs.
firstly they don't have much money in the first place,
second, that will make your guild look greedy to other SKers.
