I honestly have no idea how much it'd be worth, but I'd be willing to start at 500ce. I might be willing to go higher, but it sort of depends on what other responses I get--I'd prefer a high or very high or whatever UV, and would be willing to spend significantly more on such an item.
As a tentative response, how reasonable does that seem to you?
Also, does anyone know how the UVs stack? If I have a med charge reduction calibur and turn it into a leviathan which gets another medium charge reduction at level 10, does that end up being the equivalent of a high charge reduction? Better? Worse? Does it ever cap out (for instance, if you have a very high ctr uv and a med ctr uv from leveling, do they stack or does it just cap out at very high?)
