I want to buy OCH, but I only have 5$ in my steam acc, and OCH cost 5.95. Is it possible for me to buy OCH off from someone with my 5$ and a lil bit of CE? :3

Oh, you cant trade money, but maybe, if someone has an extra OCH lying around and is interested in cheap games, you could pull of some deal.

You can trade CE for OCH using Steam, yes. You can also add cr to the mix, if you want. (I'm not sure how trading Steam credit itself would work.) I actually purchased the OCH expansion for 3k CE using the Steam Trade function.
A rough price range for the expansion pack would be around 3-3.5k CE. The price is fairly stable, as far as I can tell, although it's more expensive than directly purchasing (3.5k CE is $9.95).
You may be able to trade for some CE and a $5 game, though.
