ok , i think this is the first time in my entire life i have ever come to the forums begging for help... so please don't think of me as "that guy"

my problem is really stupid, actually. all i want is a twisted targe recipe. i have spent WEEKS trying to acquire one with no luck.

i tried looking for a vendor to sell it to me for 4k, but no luck. i dont think any vendors sell it.
i have asked people to trade it to me via crystal energy. i offered someone like 150 CE for the recipe, but no...
i check the market whenever i can for a price under 15k crowns... whenever i find one i bid on it, then, i get outbid when im offline and lose it... and i dont have enough crowns to insta-buy for the ridiculously high prices (remember 3* recipes are 4k from a vendor i dont wanna shell out 20k+ crowns for it)

finally, really pissed that i cant get my 3* certification without having to get some lame shield i dont want, i have resorted to this. so if anyone has a twisted charge recipe, or even just an unbound twisted charge itself, and is willing to give it to me for a reasonable price, PLEASE add me you will be doing me a HUGE favor. Or, if someone knows how to get one some other way they could just tell me and that would be great too.

the npc at the clockworks terminals that sells boss token upgrades. sometimes he has the one you want. go do t2 arcade runs.

Go to the Bazaar. There's a thread there in which people frequently post recipes they wish to sell. You are likely to find a Twisted Targe there. If you still can't find one, then I'll go recipe hunting for you. :B

Just make a Great Defender

Just make a Great Defender first so you can at least open up more missions to do while waiting for the right price of the recipe in AH.
