Point 1: I also did not equip a gun and was held up by the switches at the beginning. I was able to hit the first one between the two gun puppies without dying, but making the next two after that with no death seems like a superhuman effort.
Point 2: Perfect score on the Aesthetic. More impressive to me though is a real sense of blurring the line between Clockwork Tunnel style and Decon Zone style levels. Great job on that.

In the last room in the Dry Dock I had a gun puppy spawn inside a totem, rendering all its attacks useless.
Boss: The game really needed a boss such as this. I actually thought it was Tier worthy, on the level of JK and Vana. The Slag Lords (or whatever they're called) seem to label GitM as a danger mission though, regardless, I'll be glad to try this challenge when it comes around. (not like that tedious compound 42)
The gun puppy thing is actually a tactic people use in UFSC, place the totem where a howlitzer spawns and he's rendered useless.
