when i was creating my character i couldn't see my characters eyes and when i actually got a new set of armor i noticed my eyes looked really stupid just wondering if I could get another set of eyes without paying 50k cr

When I created my character, other eyes weren't even an option. Neither were height changes. Guess how much I've had to pay?
They can't make exceptions because you weren't careful in your own character creation. They won't even do it for people who were playing before the choice was there. :C
You can't. You could have used the eyes with another helm before choosing them and slapping on a pith helm, but I guess that thought never occurred to you.
Or you can rack up 50,000 crowns and show 'em to Vatel.
