I'm not sure if this is related to the new update ^^; So I'm going to ask here.
Are Ironwood Sentinels resistant to fire? I'll light them on fire, but they don't take damage from the flames like other monsters do. I checked the wiki but there's only a skeleton of info there...

Just tried setting the Redwood on fire - it doesn't show damage counters for being set ablaze too. At first I thought it was OK for Ironwood Sentinels to be resistant to fire, since they have "iron" in their name, so maybe they were coated in iron, which explains their resistance to fire... I would put it on the Wiki but I'd like to know if this is intentional too ^^;
Erm for as far as I know they do take damage from fire? But also on other monsters I've noticed they get damage bars going "0" "0" "120" "0"... So I'm guessing they don't always give damage? :p Probably to do with their fire resistance?
Edit: okay tested it out after the patch now and they do indeed don't show any damage numbers when they're on fire. Not sure if this means they don't take any damage at all or if it's simply a bug that doesn't show the damage done though.
