I'm sending tons of proofs that the account is mine, but i get answers every 3 -4 days, and I habe the impression that they don't even read the emails.

Saddly, I don't see a good future with my case, I think you should disqualified me to move on with the tournament. I see no effort in spanish GMs to retrieve my account, I lost a 1.000 USD account, and the few and small answers from OOO leaves me without hope. I'm so dissapointed from the spanish GMs, they answer every 4 days, and only copy&paste the terms of the game, all this looks like a very BAD joke.

If I don't recieve a positive answer from GMs, I'll be forced to retire. Quite an irony, the one who stole my account is enjoying the 200kce and the 10 mill I had, without name all the items that I had, and me... banned because they can't prove that the account is mine.

So, please disqualified me, and upload more videos, so I can keep watching the game that I like so much.

Contri is it against the rules if i take another person's place in the tourney if they cant participate as i was originality going to enter just took too long to send 20kcr as i felt my gear wasn't ready yet but now it is and i was wondering if its ok if i take fellers spot if that's OK with him and you and ill even pay the 20kcr if that helps :(
