I've been playing around with SpiralSpy, but I need to know how to remove the sides/back/bandana parts of a Nameless hat. Could someone inform me of an easy way to do this? I'd prefer it to not have to lose access to the original Nameless hat, while also having the edited one, but if that's not possible, it's ok. Thanks! :D
Need help for SpiralSpy!

I only need the hat
I'm not actually doing this for a knight, I'm gonna stick it on a Devilite as a sort of business fedora-type hat. Could I make basically what you have in that link, but without the face and eyes?

That sounds better.
Yup! You can do that. The face is also part of the helmet, so you just have to delete that part, too, when editing your texture. The eyes are stuck to the Knight model, so if you're using a different model, you don't have to worry about them.
First, you need to edit the texture for the nameless hat and save it under a new name (like namelessedit.png or something of the sort). After that, you can click the Edit button next to where you chose which helmet to use, scroll down to options, and hit the "New Option" button. When you get your new option, assign the edited file as your texture, name your new option, and save; you'll be able to access your new texture on the dropdown menu.
Unfortunately for what you want to do, I just tried this and you end up with a big hole in your character's head. The Knight's heads don't exist independently of their helms, so removing portions of the base of any helm is going to simply remove part of the knight; there's nothing underneath.
