To reduce CE prices and increase CE being put into the market, there is one suggestion. Remove elevator passes. I know many will rage and some will disagree, but elevator passes are the biggest ways to literally amass a massive loads of cr. The other reason is then need to buy energy is much much less. With elevator passes, the need for CE is literally non existent. Without elevator passes, demand for CE will rise, and thus more CE will be bought to meet the demands. I think this is the best way to resolve the current market prices.
