Since SK is going towards the path of appearance and fashion, then they should add more content that flows toward that direction. There isn't much space to do anything in Haven; away from the game play but how else can they show off their styles? The town is very small so there aren't many places to lurk around, and towards flashing their cosmetic, there should be game play content for that. With all of these customization thingies out, then there should be a use for them, right? You can't really show it off in Haven because there just isn't enough space?

Even if there isnt much space, the common folk will be there in Haven, in front of the AH.
You can idk, make a fashion showroom, but wont have as much public to show off.
Haven will be expanded sooner
