hey,
today I was browsing the auction house when i accidentally pressed the buy now button on a surge helm-mounted display. now I lost 200.000 crowns without a warning. I really think they should add a confirmation screen for the buy now function. maybe even the bid function to prevent this from happening again.
ps. i dont think this was posted before. if it was, my apologies

If it was an accident

You may want to contact support. Ask them to refund it, give details about what you were doing and they will give it whenever it's possible. I accidently brought a 4* recipe on accident. It was bound so I decided to ask for a refund

Are you sure you're sure you wish to buy the item?

In Wakfu their public market system only has buyouts (no bidding), but before you take it home they ask how many of the item you want to buy (even if there is only one of them), it tells you what you are buying, and how much it costs. This happens after you click the button to buy it. For this game there could be a similar function where a checkbox is next to the buyout button and must be checked before you can hit the buyout.

People really need to be more careful. First they put confirmation before missions where you gave items, now people can't even not click buy now.

Processing Thoughts of You Always

...I got the 'preview' and 'buy now' buttons mixed up once. It was a Heavy Game Face for 5k.
Admittedly I did manage to flog it off to a guild member later, but still...
