I'm currently comparing these two swords, and it seems like Cold Iron has everything Levianthan has as well as additional damage to the undead. Is this correct?

Leviathan deals more damage

I think this has been discussed on the General Discussion forum a dozen times and over, and all I know is that the Leviathan deals more damage overall than the CIV. So if you're looking for more overall damage take the Levi, if you want more focused damage then take CIV.

Oh and also, NEVER trust the bars. They are only there as sort of a guideline not a stat :P

What about the charge attack?

Quick question: Are the charge attacks identical on Leviathan and CIV, or does Leviathan have more knockback? I don't own both, so I can't verify for myself, but I get the impression that I have an easier time landing all 3 hits on a lumber (say) with my cold iron (carver) than other people appear to with levi/ascended.

Okay- So.

I've ran with a party where I owned a Level 10 Cold Iron Vanquisher, and one of the party members had a Level 2 Ascended Calibur (the 4star leading up to the Leviathan). He was doing the same, if not more, damage that I was dealing. This includes the charge attack, as well. And up against undead, I was only hitting for 1 more damage than he was. However, his sword was Level 2, so at Level 10 it will be doing more damage than my Cold Iron Vanquisher.

I'm not sure on the knockback, though. I can usually get 2-3 hits on lumbers myself using my CIV, but sometimes I knock things back across the screen. I cannot vouch for the AC/Levi though.
