The charge attack of the Argent Peacemaker does not hit what is directly in front of you. Enemis about one to two tiles in front of you get neither knockback nor damage from the bird.
It's a bit difficult to test, because you can't just tell a zombie to "stand there for a moment", but I am pretty sure about this one.

Appreciate the feedback, that's pretty much how I tried to do it. Except for the CTR part, though. However, did you test it then?
Update: Tested on Puppys and confirmed. Bird doesn't hit what's in front of you, despite still exploding when to close to inanimate objects (though cutting the backstep helped a bit).
Zombies can be polite and help you test it. You only need a Shivermist and some ctr.
