Before posting the toasty parrying blade, i did some research on past sales and found three sold or selling within that range, so i set it as the retail price. You're welcome to make an offer.
For the Surge Hood/Cloak, i had to ask for a price check, the price i set was likely the highest appraisal given to me, so i set that as the retail price. (A few things i also considered when setting my price: the rarity of the set, the aesthetic appeal, the fact that i actually wouldn't mind keeping it....) But, again, you're welcome to make an offer.
Setting a retail price usually helps me filter out the people that are looking to buy for extremely low prices.
