Need help, Downloading data taking so long

i havent played in about a month and when i clicked play now it is saying downloading data and after a long time its not changing. it still says
0% complete and 82:16 remaining
whats going on and what should i do
Wait it out I guess?
Reinstall?
Because I waited 68 minutes for a SK update before and it worked fined after that
