You can get UV'ed equipment from boxes?
I've had enough bad luck of playing for over a year (with a few breaks) and never gotten something from a box. I have SEEN two drops though.

to add to your bad luck, ive seen 4 equipment drops, 3 of them 4* and i won two of them. Skelly Shield and Skelly suit. oh wait....also a shockedge, so 5 equipment drops :D and i been here shorter than you :D

a GB armor from a box
(spoiler alert) He didn't get it from a box. He has always had it. The nefarious NJthug made that title so you'd click on it and see his double max on a troll Armor.
[personal aside: I say those UVs on that armor are troll in regards to the general populations perception. Rommypoo finds it to be a priceless work of art. Also, I have told you this in game, but i'll say it here as well, I love that costume. It looks amazing in haven. I'm not a fan of the GB helm, but with the Prism Dapper and the Prism vita on the armor.....it just works.]
lol @ canine, you realize if someone got a piece of groundbreaker armor as a drop they could sell it for around 35-30k ce? right?

Silly me, I mistook that for one of the general "breaker" sets.(cause ground in electricity terms) I temporarily forgot that's the equipment you get for playing the game really early on, so I highly doubt OOO is stuffing them inside boxes.

This wondrous accessory is the Sprinkle Aura.
Originally for promo events they didn't do boxes that you opened for a rare item. Instead when you bought ce they would just send you one of the items based on the %payout (rarity of items). And you'd only get 1 chance per purchase. For example, you'd pay $9.99 and they'd use the loot table to send you one random surge armor/helm/or accessory with the same loot tables as the boxes now have. Well, it was this way for the dragon wings (1% chance it'd be shadow), valk wings (1% for shadow i believe), and birthday hats/candles/blowers/1% chance for sprinkle aura.
They did the birthday candle/hat/blower and sprinkle aura (the idea is it is sprinkles like on a cupcake) one spiral knights one year anniversary. They were more rare than say the hack/leafy aura because truthfully there was less incentive to buy the package since the accessories weren't that great (or at least i think this is why there are very few sprinkle auras). There were no costume armors in the original promos, they were all accessory promos---for the most part.
