So OOO do have the capability to fix bugs in under a year.
Someone needs to find a way to scam money using shard bomb and stun bugs.

Easy. One day when a Japanese kid with seizure history, while playing SK, got flash banged by Deadly Crystal Bombs from his teammates, then suffered a seizure. His parents file a civilian lawsuit against Sega Japan and the media would look at the decision of Sega (a company known for its family value) to buy Three Rings. You can guess how quickly the bomb gets fixed after that.
Dev, I'm not mocking you. I'm trying to save a kid's life and help you keep your jobs. The "Rainbow of Death" (Nitronome, Shard Bombs and DBB) effects need to be tuned down a bit.
