My friend and I were talking (in game) about recipes and how much they cost yesterday and how the 3-5* recipes take a very long time to make (mainly 4-5*). Then I brought up the point that they should change the prices of making the recipes not buying the recipes thats fine but making them. I said, "0* should be 10ce and 50cr, 1* should be 50ce and 200cr, 2* should be 75ce and 1k cr, 3* should be 150ce and 1500cr, 4* should be 300ce and 2500cr, and 5* should be 400ce and 4k cr." That is what I said and my friend agreed with me 100% the 5* gear takes forever to make. Here are the prices to make recipes as of now in SK. Compare the ones from now and the ones from now if this is ever implemented into SK. 0* is same as the one i suggested, 1* is same as well, now 2* is actually 100ce in game but I would like it to be 75ce so after you make a 2* item u can have enough mist or ce to do a mission to try it out like a 2* Autogun ( the cr is same as well), 3* is 200ce right now in SK and I was thinking im not making my self 3* gear so I did a whole bunch of Jelly King runs (the Soverign Slime 5-2 Mission) and I got jelly tokens and both the Brute Jelly gear and I have antigua (crowns are same too), 4* is 400ce right now in game I bought recipe Silversix for 13k cr and then i made it by spending 29k cr on only 300ce luckily I had 80 mist and these people in game gave me the extra 2500 cr and 5ce for mats so when i was done I had the 400 energy and the 2500 cr left over so i could make my Silversix doing that took me a long itme if it was 300 i didnt have to waste all of my cr on ce i couldve used the 80 mist and 220ce to make it but it was 400ce so i had 0cr after i did all that. it would be so much better if it was cheaper.(i also had elevator pass and it still took me forever) (same amount of crowns too). Now, finally 5* is 600ce in game right now and my friend has been trying to get leviathan blade, which he has been working on for a couple of weeks and he is so close just because the cost to make the recipe is 600ce and 5k cr to make it the 600ce is the hardest so i wanted ot lower it just to 500ce and keep the same amount of cr, 5k cr.

That is my Suggestion plz consider it or try to implement it in game.

Back when the game was

Back when the game was officially released, the crafting costs were lower and items didn't bind upon crafting. They changed it because it was possible to just simply buy the high level equipment and skip most of the game. This devalued CE, and thus OOO was making hardly any money from CE purchases. A general rule of thumb, with any company, is that they will never implement an idea that will cause them to lose money in the long run. The prices are steep, but unless you learn to market or buy ce, you will be sufficiently experienced to deal with the challenges of T3 when you reach it.

If it´s cheap, you'll be complaining on how short is the game and how easy is to get end-game gear. It has to be 'hard'

Other games have experience points and a level-up system. Here they simply put high costs.

To be completely honest, if I were asked how to make this game more playtime based than being able to simply buy your way in, I would create a level system for your knight outside equipment: your knight, not any of your equipment, requires heat levels to gain access to tiers. We already have equipment requirements but people can get around by inviting. We already have heat level requirements to upgrade equipment but that only applies to that specific item.

Heat would be applied to your knight as if you are an equipment item and divided among unheated equipment as such. If the guild hall update involves heat you could take your personal heat and dump it into the guild, but since that heat would technically be its own item there would be no heat transferal to other equipment.

Even if this is the third or fourth time I have repeated being able to get heat for your guild and has nothing to do with the original post, which is basically just whining over energy costs to craft even though in context of progression the energy prices are fine and the other costs (materials especially) should be raised to eat up more excess resources so our economy starts balancing out and this sentence is getting ridiculously long.

At least the BLT god never showed u-

purchase energy? fund game

purchase energy? fund game development? keep OOO updating SK
the game takes a long time (but not that long) if you're cheap and refuse to purchase energy, but still doable - as it should be

as it is the cr price for CE has risen alot because its just so damn easy to make cr and get the materials

the other thing is that the difference between 4* and 5* isnt actually all that great - it looks prettier and offers better bonuses but ultimately you dont need it to enjoy the game 'almost' to its fullest, you should already have access to every tier, which i think is your main problem, wanting that marginally difficult to acquire end game equipment (well other than refusing to pay real cash for imaginary currency)

@Luguiru this is the first time ive seen you mention this but it sounds rather intriguing and disturbingly similar to some of my own conceptual ideas, but im lazy so link to original thread which is undoubtedly a small essay and contains as much data as any sane forum dweller can handle, please :)
