I know several people have gotten this as well, but on the purchase of Total War Battle: Shogun, a Medieval Helmet is sent rather than a Shogun hat. I was wondering how it would be resolved... I want a shogun hat xD

Both Total War Battle: Shogun
Both Total War Battle: Shogun and Medieval II: Total War give that helmet/TF2 item (You only need one and you don't get two for owning both)
The Shogun hat I already have but that was from owning Shogun 2. Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai will most likely do the trick too.

It's stupid how they designated the hats, but Battles isn't Shogun 1. Shogun 1 isn't even on Steam. Battles is the port of an iOS spin-off of the series by the same company. Shogun 2 gives you the Shogun Helm, and If you checked Battles' Steam page, it clearly says it gives the War Helm.
I think Shogun 2 will have it....it's another game.
