I tried to get it and it tells me to put the Jar in the SpiralKnights category. How do I do this?
Sorry for not being good with computers, but if you can be as simple as possible when explaining this to me, I would be very grateful. Thank you!

You need to put your spiralspy file into the same folder that Spiral Knights runs out of.
Non-steam:
If you're using Windows Vista, your SK should be in [user]>AppData>LocalLow>Spiral
In Windows 7, it should be [user]>AppData>Roaming>ThreeRings>Spiral
For Steam on Windows:
LocalDisk>ProgramFiles>Steam>SteamApps>Common>SpiralKnights
I use Windows and I play in a browser.
I copied the file and pasted it in the browser, but I don't think that was right because it told me:
"0% complete
The configuration file is missing the application class."
You ... play in a browser? Do you play through Kongregate or something?
Either way, look in those places I mentioned and see if you have Spiral Knights information there, because you have to put SpiralSpy wherever the game stores it's local information on your computer. If you don't have any local information for the game on your hard drive, you won't be able to use SpiralSpy.
First of all, what operating system do you use? Do you use Steam?
When it asks you to put the .jar in the spiral knights directory, it means put it in the file that holds all your Spiral Knights files.
If you use Linux or Windows, you could have found the location on the Spiral Spy website. If you use Mac without steam, it will be under [user]; library; application support; spiral knights. If you use Steam, it would be under [user]; library; application support; steam; steamapps; common; spiral knights.
