I think that in all spiral knights has to offer it does not give u the ability to change your name even though it lets you have accessories from the very beginning. I dont know i think i think its a good idea please comment so i know what you think.

Oh. I posted at almost the same time so I didn't see it. Not a bad idea, I suppose.
Doesn't sound that bad of an idea but it should be like every other beginning feature change, you have to go to Vatel and get it for 50,000 crowns.
