PLEASE reduce or set a timer for level rotations, like 10min to cycle through all levels, or 1-2 min per level. Its not fair that people have to constantly wait for 20-30min for a level rotation.

Please.

It should be only five minutes.

Unless someone broke something.

you know the Majora Mask Song of Time backwards?
tell me how, because to my knowledge, rotations are at the most 7minutes, not 20-30minutes.
TELL ME NOW!

It varies. It can be ridiculously high or low, but is usually in around a 5-10 min rotation. Faster would be nicer, if you ask me.

Im sort of on both sides with this this would make it extremely easy to farm certain areas which Is why I believe it is so long in the first place too.

What Blue said. If you're

What Blue said. If you're rushing the cycle, it means you're aiming for specific floors each level, which goes against the point of the game. If you want to wait out an arena, you have to wait. Trade time to make money = balance.

And yes, around 6~7 mins on average for a cycle.

"If you're rushing the cycle, it means you're aiming for specific floors each level, which goes against the point of the game."

Surely this is false. Waiting for the floor you want is part of the point of the game. That's why the gate map exists.

"If you want to wait out an arena, you have to wait. Trade time to make money = balance."

That reasoning worked fine before missions. Now, choosing to clockworks dive at all is, in general, less profitable. Players who choose the Clockworks are already making less profit than players who just grind KoA endlessly, unless of course they can get a jump to the second half of the tier.

Personally, I found the

Personally, I found the opposite to be true. I never liked the notion of planning out a route and saw the gate map as more of a "just so you know roughly what you'll be getting". I always preferred the idea of just going through it at random; s'where the excitement lay for me. If I ever wanted to wait for a specific level, it was just waiting on an arena. Fine every once in a while, but doing it often enough to want to complain seems to be doing it "too often".

Although, you're absolutely right; that's just my opinion on the matter~

For the second comment, I think that'd encourage the point I'm making. You don't do CW for profit anymore; even sitting and waiting for arenas just isn't worth it anymore, so I don't see any reason at all to want to wait for specific floors in the CW. You're meant to do them for fun and monotony-breaking, which would (again, in my opinion) encourage the idea of just going at it naturally and randomly.

Plenty of higher up players

Plenty of higher up players still frequent the arcade. Basil farming, monotony-breaking, nostalgia/old-school fun, challenges etc. In fact, as it stands most of the people who refuse to visit the arcade are people who haven't spent as much time playing and are happy to still farm the same places over and over. Most of the folk who've been at it for longer are happy to go back and play the arcade for the sake of actually playing the game, rather than just grinding.

...when don't I frequent the Arcade?
I have already cleared the final HoH mission, so there are recipes I want and must dive for (or pay an exorbitant markup fee for, since I would need to request them specifically). In addition, I enjoy being able to have variety in the game. I'm trying to play out every single level; the only one that has managed to evade me thus far is the third in the Dark City series: Stygian Steeds. e.e I'm still saving up my Dark Matter but it's as if everyone actively hates fiends at stratums 5 and 6. So unfair.

t3 y u no have fiend stratum ;o;

You're right. So what's the harm in decreasing the rotation time so we can play the level we want more easily? >__> It's not like we'll be making massive, unfair profits from it. Nor would it let us get exactly the level we want, usually, since most depths have more than one level in the rotation, and no one wants to sit through multiple rotations.

And those who like pure randomness, like yourself, could still get that by just getting on the elevator instantly.

Theres no reason why we shouldnt decrease the rotation times. So what if we can farm all the lvls we want? hows doing the FSC mission any different?

I'm not too fussed about changing the rotation times. The level I want to see would be the only one available at its depth, if it got generated. But it would be nice if the levels did rotate a bit faster; certain people would prefer to avoid certain levels. t3 Shock-themed fiend arenas come to mind.

Reduced to 5 minutes would be

Reduced to 5 minutes would be good. Each Cycle is about 13 minutes. That extra 7 minutes could be spent kicking Mechaknight arse in an Arena.
