Where can I get them? :| I really need them. Which monsters drop them, and under what tier can they be found?

Trinkets actually affect you
Trinkets actually affect you very little. The effect of a single trinket isn't a massive help, but it is noticeable. I guess that's the point, they don't want trinkets to be a perceived requirement or massive improvement due to the CE requirement.

Except Heart Trinkets are amazing.Well theres seems to be an abundance of shady Heart Pendant sellers as of late so Im sure it wont be to difficult to find them.
You buy most of them for tokens at Brinks. The best trinkets in the game, however, drop from rare spawns called Love Puppies, which, as the word "rare" would imply, are not common enough for you to "farm" them.
And, no, you don't really need a trinket.
