I apologize for not having a perfect computer like yourself, but there's this thing called money that I don't have available to spend on a $10000 supercomputer.
So, here I am - currently stroking my goatee while at the same time polishing my monocle so I can re-read what you said, but while doing so, I have to ask... who are you again?
Taking donations of a $1300ish computer with at least high end i5 core, 1 tb HD, 240 gb SSD, at least $200 graphics card, windows 7 64 bit or better OS (lol better windows OS I made a funny), 8 gigs of ram, and a good internet connection so I can play Spiral Knights without lag... When I get that I probably won't be around here anymore for awhile. xD

If you are honestly having problems running spiral knights without lag (via low FPS) I recommend checking out this thread:

In-fact if you haven't done these tweaks before I would at least recommend increasing the memory that SK uses! You will have problems trying to do these tweaks on OSX with Steam and 64bit Java, but any other setup and these tweaks work very well, and made an almost unplayable game, playable (for me).

welp i do agree with Oatmonster but the only reason why ppl are hard to beat in LD and the only reason why they can solo bosses is beacuse they are game fiends, they spend every minute of their lives playing sk and trying to be the best they can when at the end it doesnt matter because tht doesnt win u anything (just saying)
So you are implying that people like me, who spend the few hours they have every day to themselves, have no life by playing SK and being able to solo Vana/be good at LD?

Some people are naturally good at 'things', others put a lot of time into it... whilst some are both naturally good and put time into it. A whole bunch of other factors but I would say its a good general rule.
I am most definitely a pro, I only die from lag and the people who kill me in LD always have uber UV/AA - otherwise I am teh 1337... so stand back :-D

That's not opinion. You're free to say "I think people obsess over the game too much" but that's most certainly not what you said. Fact is, some people can be godmode in pvp w/ hardly any gametime clocked by being naturally good or learning tricks quickly, getting lucky with UVs and taking advantage of an advantage...also, you get people who can put thousands of hours into the game and four figures in cash and still have nothing to show for it in game. Overplaying a game is largely irrelevant to success in a game like this. Go "state your opinion" on a point-and-click game where hours are all that matters.

well like i said its my opinion because i said it and thats how i feel so yeah you can keep arguing wether its an opinion or not when in the end i wrote it and thats what i was feeling when i wrote it
also being a pro is playing the way you like to play not the way others play so if you have a way of playing that is different from the way that others play then congratulations your a pro :D
But if you were to ask me, it would depend on your primary weapon type:
Sword
Gun
Bomb
Then the little things like being able to shield bump without spamming things everywhere, being a team player, and not being a clone.
Divine, if you go around life spouting out your opinion as fact, you won't get very far and are likely to get lynched. You're welcome to have an opinion, but whether you like it or not you have to make the distinction between when you state your opinion and otherwise. Time to get a grip on life, it is important.
To give an example; your second comment on #20 is either false or another opinion which you've stated as fact~
"Pro" means "proffesional" which means you earn a living doing it or it is your proffesion. Silly internet people.
Its true Oatmonster, you may notice people using the word to imply that someone is so good at something they could be paid to do it.
