WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT. I have no Idea how the community has this great sense of entitlement like they're the only ones who deserve the mask. yes you got it at the first even good for you. People shouldnt have a problem with them coming back, at least with the rose sets they had the excuse of "Ive payed alot for this and it's not fair to re sell it." or "they made those armors a sign of veteranism". No one payed a cent for the candy mask so you cant really complain or at least fairly complain like people do over the rose sets and other more beloved promos.

What a shame! It's the first game I've ever seen where an event is recycled. Even on private server games people are used to trying to do something new. Some new models of masks would be too expensive? Is it the holidays period for three rings? strange. I don't care about the rarety of masks, I just wanted something new. Disapointed. Again.

Maybe they could make some Halloween themed guild hall furniture and have tickets to pick up the furniture from the event, then when the guild hall update comes out people can cash them in.
If they have that much customizability.

If you are worried that all the candies you got are going to go to waste, and/or you won't even need to get candies, I think that is why they added the Halloween boxes which you could purchase using your candy so that extras are used too.

I cried a little bit inside when the first thing I see in Haven is some guy wearing the same Phantom + Vog set I have been wearing for months...
I feel that OOO could have been a little more creative with this event, it's basically an exact copy of last years except with a new Prize Box that gives reskins of existing accessories and costumes.
Where's the new, unique Halloween masks!

I actually quit around this time last year xD friend got me to play it again. Kinda want a mask but I think the accesoryez are better.

While I can't speak for the rest of the community, I can explain why I did not want the masks to be re-introduced. The main reason I enjoyed the masks is not because it proved that I farmed the Punkin King a lot, but because it proved that I was around for the very first Dark Harvest Festival. It proved that I had been around for a long time, that I was a veteran player. Now, that is no longer true, and it saddens me to some extent.
I understand that people who missed it last year want Halloween masks, but I just wish that it had been a new mask. Then, the new players could have had their masks, and people like me could have kept their status symbols.
Anyway, those are just my two cents. Now I'm gonna go get myself some Halloween boxes

Guys It's nice for the people with out the masks to be able to get them this year, and besides we all got Pumpkin bomb bandoleers to show we were at the very first Halloween event!
and as for the whole no new stuff thing, we just got haven decked out in Halloween theme and prize boxes that should have been a promo but were given to us for a mere 25 tokens a box.

I really like this setup,
I really like this setup, actually. The people who weren't around last year can still get the masks, and the people who were get a myriad of new prizes to fiddle around with. They seem like they'll be relatively obtainable for even a "poor" player, too, so even if they can't grind up a few more tokens, they can likely buy one or two of what they're after. :3

Only one problem with this.
The over saturated red and the odd texture of the armor makes most Hallowed armor not look good with the Pumpkin Bomb Bandolier. :/
Then that means... there will be the same cake masks at the two year anniversary.
