Guild Treasury
IMO, the only thing that makes the guild hall patching interesting. Because it lets you share equipment and build up your guild's own arsenal (decent idea for encouraging more T1 and T2 GvG Lockdown). This leads to interesting decision making regarding resource allocation and sharing.
Why the other features are less interesting?
Guild member enrollment limit. Well, as long as Nick says "Let there be 101 members per guild", it's just a change in a variable in the code. But why is it not happening sooner? Either because 100 is enough to most people or there is no clear advantage of 101 members guild. BTW guys, you are not worried about guild channel getting congested with so many people talking at once?
Expandable modules. It's nice to build your own Haven in your own guild hall. But if that's all there is (which I hope not), that defeat the purpose of meeting new people and socializing with people outside of the guild, right? Besides... we already have a free Haven, why pay for it ... (What do you mean by there will be a Haven tax in the future?)
Furniture. It's actually interesting, as long as they do something aside from being cosmetic items. e.g. if I purchase a round table for the guild, would it grant my guild members some bonus in battle?
GM only items. As I mentioned in the GH update thread. Once you create this kind of items, everyone wants to become a GM! Result: 101 members guild with 101 GMs. The risk: increases chance of internal conflicts because everyone wants to be at the top, grab the items and move on (a proven recipe for guild destruction). Not to mention, more guild administrators don't necessarily encourage better decision making. It could make things harder as it's more difficult to schedule meetings.

Let's be fair about this; writing a haiku in English is too annoying to be worth it, not to mention that it's a poetic form that originated in Japan, so any effect that it should have in Japanese just isn't present in English, though setting its limitations on oneself poses an interesting challenge, especially in trying to get a point across.

Anyway, here's what I want in the GH Update:
-a LD and a BN room, so we can fight between guildies and train ourselves
-a Music Player so I can hear Boss_2 while playing LD with guildies
-actual Chairs that we can sit on, so Guild Meetings don't happen on the ground but on a large table
-Beds where we can lie on and where we can start the game when we log on
-an access to the Arcade via GH and vice versa
-SNIPES!
-some other important things that other people want but I can't remember

I want confirmation that we will never leave this rock. If those guild halls look anything like a Barbie Dreamhouse, the forgotten storyline is gone.
Also, i would like a broken Dusky Dalek Robot in some corner :}
