Five-Star Forging

I've been wondering, in order to prepare for new advanced 5-Star Equipment, should be get our preceding pieces of a certain set to Lv10? Or do we only need to worry about Lv5? For example, does it take a Lv10 Vile Striker (4*) to forge a Deadly Striker (5*), or only Lv5?

Thanks for any information.

I think you should worry more

I think you should worry more about 5* mats. Those'll come in slower than your equip leveling up to 10? :P

Yeah I've got lots though haha.

Yeah I've got lots though haha. Except that curse'd Silverweave... My stuff is at Lv6 now I believe (Helm/Armor), but I'm worried about it getting to Lv10 within the next decade.

Arena's give incredible

Arena's give incredible amounts of heat if you finish all 3 levels. A friend of mine level'd his Cold Iron Carver (4*) from lvl 1 to 4 from 1 fully completed arena we did together. So that's the easiest way to level up your gear there :P

Yeah I need to find people to do them with...

Yeah I need to find people to do them with, otherwise I don't think it will be worth the frustration, CE, and just plain longer time it takes to do it.

I can get past the 2nd stage now, but it's the third that's a killer (literally). I would rather deal with multiple giant sleepers than that.

The third stage can indeed be

The third stage can indeed be a killer at some depths.. I don't really understand how devs thought you can possibly survive in a room with flamethrowers, healers, alpha ash wolvers, gremlins, bombers, ironwoods AND a whole lot of gun puppies MKII. There's no room to run even like that :P

If you're with 2 or 4 it's easiest anyhow. Just find yourself a good partner :P I would go along with you if you like, but I think you're mostly off when I'm on and vica versa due to time zones
