Does anyone have these?
I want to see what weapons do before I get them.

In any case though, he didn't specify that he wanted videos from the same person.
Overall, weapon demonstration videos, if there aren't at least a few already, would be great to have for the community and new players.
And even add them to the pages of the wiki, ey?
This should happen. Ideally the final videos should demonstrate usage in an appropriate tier while wearing neutral armor. Charge attacks for various *s should also be demonstrated when they differ (DA, Argent, Bombs, Brandishes).
I Concur! This would be a great thing to have! And they could discuss proper technique, playstyle and concepts such as forward momentum for cutters and flourishes (for their strength in singling out enemies and breaking groups) and kiting and such for Caliburs and Brandishes.
I know there are alot of little quirks about weapons people don't know, like how Magnus line guns can hit enemies that normally dodge, and how they have powerful knockdown. The bombs alone could spawn an enormous number of strategy videos without even mentioning combinations!
Ive been considering making a video related to this listing all the sword types, giving previews of higher versions and my personal thoughts on them. Just an idea i was playing with but if its somthing thecommunity would benefit from then ill have to see about making one.
I made a 1-minute video of Flourish.
Please give me feedback on how to improve it. This is the first time I've done something like this. (And yes, I disabled YouTube comments, because I don't have enough sporks to deal with them.)
Good job on the vid... I've been wanting to see the flourish too.
Thanks for doing this! Such videos are worth a lot to the community. Please allow me to give you some feedback on it.
It would be great to see what this sword actually does against monsters. You know, how much knockback does it cause, how quickly do you recover to shield, is it easy to land all three hits. That sort of thing. I'm not really interested in "how much damage it does" because then you'd have to start factoring in level depth, monster type, other gear and such. Although seeing this weapon perform against for example wolvers might be interesting, since wolvers are weak to piercing it would be nice to see if they belly-flop when you hit them with this.
There are many quirks that could be noted with the videos too.
With the Flourish's charge attack, the [lengthy] recovery time after the third slash can be canceled by shielding.
I believe it is the second slash in the normal combo that knocks over most mobs, notably Devilites, Wolvers and Gremlins.
The third slash knocks over/breaks an attack.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll see if I can do a video of Flourish versus Wolvers in one of their dens in the final room. And any other odd moments when I see Wolvers.
Let me note that they tend to attack so quickly that I don't bother with the charge attack. This could be a major oversight on my part, but I noticed that the first wide stroke knocks the little Wolvers out of the way, and the second and third punch strokes push the Alpha Wolver onto the defensive and shove it out of the mob.
I then proceed to hit the Alpha Wolver until it's dead, and then attack the others in twos and threes, with Silkwings a high priority. This amuses me because I used to kill the Alpha last due to the non-lightening-speed of my previous weapons (no, I don't use Khorovod here; I usually use Crystal Bomb or the Fiery Vaporizer Mk II).
I can see how the charged attack would knock mobs on the second swing; charged is "thrust slash thrust" instead of "slash thrust thrust."
Still getting the hang of screencasting. Might try to get an HD version in, but I think this is sufficient (and also my upload speed is incredibly slow...).
Very nice. Didn't have much time to thoroughly look at it, but from first glance it appears the first swipe on that sword has quite a bit of range, knocks monsters out of range for your first stab too. Unless you attack from up close. The charge attack looks like it's slightly tough to handle with that forward rush at the start of it.
Of course you're using a leveled 2* item in T1, so it might all look less dramatic in T2. Furthermore the Wolver Cap and Coat give you damage bonuses. :)
Oh, herp. I forgot to mention in my earlier post, but anyway;
The Flourish line throughout has a larger range than what it indicates visually, assumedly due to using the Final Flourish's range. The range is also rather large in the degree of the slash. With a Flourish, it's easier to break those explosive boxes without trying to cautiously and slowly edge close, like with using a Cutter.
@Kaybol, thanks. It's still a beginner's take on YouTube-ing this stuff, hopefully I'll get better at it (and the game, too).
The damage actually gets more impressive the deeper it goes; as it's a 2* item, it hits its peak in T2. One level down in the T1 run, there was another Wolver den (the opposite of this one, actually, freezy Wolvers), and it was doing a max of over 60-some damage. Two levels down, 73 max damage. The Wolver coat does give a sword damage bonus, but it's not very much at 2* and level 2 at that. (Not even the Ash-tail Coat gives as much of an advantage as one would think; it's just barely an edge, and not a game breaker by any definition, even "slightly". All the more reason why it's the Vog Cub's attack speed bonus rather than the Skolver damage bonus that wins Clockworks levels.)
The charge attack does need more practice from me. It definitely does not work well against Alpha Wolvers who dodge like the dickens even in T1.
@Espeonage, interesting about how the range is as large as Final Flourish's; no wonder I thought that its range handled like Khorovod, and incidentally the amount of swing with the first slash as well.
Been experimenting a bit. So far I have two kinds of video: outside the action and in action. I may want to combine the two or concentrate on the second, although the first is good to get a closer look at the weapon(s).
Troika Line Demo is the first type, and Tempered Calibur Action Demo is the second type.
noone is that rich to have all the weapons.
