patch note mail before update

yesterday i got the mail before i got updated (newest patch note) and then when i opened it today then it updated
pls fix this

O_o It's always been like that. So when you get the notice the server will reboot in 90 minutes you know what you'll get.
Same happens with forum announcements.

For normal patches, yes.

For normal patches, yes. Emergency situations differ.
