I bought mine for 16k ce, seen them trade for as low as 12k ce for SS.

Yeah, i am also saw several cheap SS with CTR:VH. Like 14k CE and 12k CE.
23k CE it's for DA, just b'coz it's still bound to me and if people want ready 5* sword. No problems, i got it and may sell.
