Or maybe he can't access it because they still haven't fixed the language bug... When trying to access it with an OS' language that isn't supported by the site you get sent into a blank page instead of being directed to a supported language (ex: I use a portuguese OS, so i get sent to a "pt" page, but there isn't one... So I have to change the page preferences and change every single PT that I find into the cookies to EN in order to access it).
I sent a ticket about it after I found out how to get past the blank page but it seems like nothing was done about it. :/

I actually refuse to believe the support page is not accessible to anyone. That would be a HUGE AND SERIOUS (ENOUGH TO DESERVE ALLCAPS) problem, and I refuse to believe that OOO would allow that to happen.

More like shame on OP and OOO, in his case he should check this page but the ones who can't access it and want to go to support for any other reason wouldn't go to "I got banned!" link on the wiki and OOO doesn't make it any easier to find the mail in case you get the bugged page (aside from also don't fixing the said page).
