You are not allowed to trade for "real" items or money. Virtual items are ok, hence why steam trades are supported. But trying to sell for cash can get you permanently banned.
Now if you said you'd sell your CE for steam wallet that's fine, because then it falls under the user agreement. Any other wallet or system is banned
