At the risk of providing spoilers for my own story, I plan on writing an eventual comedy where one of my characters meets another character on various occasions, and although this second character is supposed to be nothing to laugh about, the context and circumstances are supposed to make it both appropriate and humorous.
Just thought that might be of some help. Random stuff can do that sometimes.
Well, if you were planning on SNN being like watching the news, I would think the office would have more potential for humour, SNN would be too focused on reporting stuff and trying to make it funny, like what happens with Family Guy, which is good, but I would think in that case the office would have more potential.
Unless you treat SNN as like a 'behind the scenes while we are filming it' sort of thing, where you really do get the best of both worlds.
