Do i need to upgrade to play, or is it a problem i can solve? somebody please help

Hi, i need help finding weither or not my graphics card is fine, im running on windows vista and spiral knights keeps poping up with the message unable to find server,spiral knights runs on my other computer fine, but i cannot use it anymore please check this out. Note-im using a laptop

memory: 3034MB RAM

Prossesor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4200 @2.00GHz (2CPUs,)~2.0GHz

Approx. Total Memory: 1293 MB

Name: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Current Display Mode: 1366 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Please reply to me if this checks out and what i need to do if not.
And please tell me why its not letting me connect if it does check out.

There's no video card listed.

There's no video card listed. Go into Device Manager and copy the name of the video card from there.

Ive read the spiral knights FAQ

I read the spiral knights FAQ and apparently "name" is the title of the video card, which is: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
im not really the computer genius as i only use my computer for gaming so im not sure about most of this stuff. please tell me if im wrong and if so tell me how i get the divice manager up, sorry
oh and my other games seem to be working fine.

ewwwww, you call that gaming!? It's an onboard chip, not a real graphic card.

But thr error you're getting has nothing to do with the video. It's your internet.

it still doesnt make sense, i have the fastest internet you can get (BT) how do i get it to work?
note-it says server error has caused authentication to fail BTW
