As detailed here
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/67036
I had to wait quite a while for my paypal payment to clear. While waiting I made a number of purchases with Boku (more than I thought it seems)

I attempted to make purchase of a battle pack and was told that I had reached my limit.

My question is: how long does it take to review a case if I e-mail and request it be raised?

edit
I've actually decided that I've spent too much on the game already and will live within the limit - but will leave this question in the event someone else has the same question.

These forums are pretty much for players to help each others. If you want a fast official answer, you do have to mail support.

The spending limit is 200

The spending limit is 200 dollars over a period of 30 days.

As for reviewing a request, when I asked them it took about a few hours to get to my request to get it denied. I'm not too miffed by it because 200 dollars is plenty to take advantage of a great promotion.

It starts at $100, but increases over time if you approach the limit.

Really? That's news to me.

Really? That's news to me. When I started the limit was $200 and it's never changed from that for me so far.

If it's stuck at $200 then

If it's stuck at $200 then you should contact them and let them know (or ask them why); it's supposed to go as high as $800.

I haven't spent any money in

I haven't spent any money in a while, so I haven't tried to go any higher. Not like I should, anyway, considering I don't have a job at all. XD
