CTR Medium
In the cutter line, the charges leave you very vulnerable so a CTR Medium on a striker isn't useful (unlike, say, a CTR on a DA). Might be able to get an additional 500-1k CR over the base price, unless you can find someone that doesn't know that is not a useful UV and charge an incredible amount.

Anyone has any idea on how much the Owlite Shield w/ Normal Def. Medium is worth? I was told it's worth a lot, but don't have any specific numbers.
Anybody?
