Edit: Found it on the wiki. But the picture there isn't as clear as mine. Also, it only says found in Blast Furnaces. Should I add Power Complex with it?

But Blast Furnaces and Power Complexes are really just variants of Clockwork Tunnels. So maybe say "Clockworks Tunnels-style levels". That seems to be the preferred term these days.

It might not be a Scenario Room and I haven't noticed it myself. A big gear and a bunch of Shock Panels and 2 Shankles (the slimelike drones, right?), along with a swarm of Scuttlebots and Tenderfoots. Depth 1 arcade, Clockworks Tunnels.

This is just a regular room, that is one of many pieced together to form the randomly-generated Clockworks levels. I'm pretty sure that it predates scenario rooms, for example.
I don't know. It doesn't look familiar. Maybe you could just continue this other "new scenario room" thread, that's just a few threads down in the Wiki Editors forum? That thread also links to a list of scenario rooms, that may help you decide whether this is a new scenario rooms.
