So what's the different between levi blade and civ?
Both had the same damage but it just civ had better uv like damage against undead high.
which will had better dps against vana mask?and running fsc? :)

Darkbrady gives a good advice, the difference is not a lot though (less than 20 per hit), so it's not rare to see people take CiV just for the skin.
CiV can also be more party friendly since the charge has a lot less knockback, so that's another valid reason to take it over Levi. Newbies who just discovered Levi charge and spam it can be annoying.
For FSC, CiV is going to be more effective against zombies, which are the large majority. But if you really want to do more damage on those zombies, you should be going for an elemental sword in the first place. Against Vanaduke, Levi is better since Vanaduke is not considered an undead. It's worth noting that Levi is one of the best sword for the Mask phase.

you're a bit late I guess. Hallow customes from opening dark harvest boxes. Those boxes are from candy, drops from punkin.

Short answer is to take the Levi unless you have no damage bonuses to speak of and plan on spending most of your time in GYs/FSC. CiV has reduced damage to compensate for the undead bonus, but once they both reach max damage, that reduction simply becomes a waste.
