The Spiral Knights are a part of the Spiral Order. The Spiral Order originates from the kingdom of Almire in the world of Ilsola, which was nearly devastated by the Morai. The Spiral Order fought and defeated the Morai, then decided to go explore the universe in a huge battleship called the Skylark that is "bigger on the inside" and thus was able to house over 3.3 Million people?
