So today I went arcade as usual, Silver Rock Gate, tier 2.

At depth 12 I went to Grim Gallery, battled all the way, easy. Then I went down to clockwork terminal, heal then go to depth 14. Problem appeared when I noticed that depth 14 was also Grim Gallery, then buff, I appeared at the end of the depth, with drop item as same as depth 12, but in gate map showed that indeed I were at depth 14. I went toward to elevator and it was gone !!! the elevator was still there but the liftshaft was missing. When stepped in I dropped out of the map.

was it lag, or was it some rare bug ?

I believe it was just a rare bug. I saw something like this on youtube before.

I've been to a situation like this.

Well, a similar bug we had:-

A friend of mine joined at a bad timing in FSC...I think he joined between Depth 26 and 27, after other 3(including me) getting on the elevator and while loading or something.
2 other party members and I had no problems to go down to Depth 27. Then we noticed, there was an icon of my friend on left top, although, the friend himself/herself wasn't there.
There is an icon, but not the body - that's what happens when someone gets on an elevator when they are DCed and we all can continue, usually.
So "Let's continue" and got on the first party button of D27. But, the party button wasn't pushed down, unlike when someone is DCed and everyone else is on it.

Suddenly, the friend said; "WTF? Where is the elevator?"
Interesting...he was not DCed...and we could see his chat and he could see our chat.
Friend: "Where are you guys? Can't see you guys. :o"
Other 3: "We are in Depth 27 and on the party button."
Friend: "WTF? I'm in Depth 26 and there is no elevator!"

Well...he seemed to still be in Depth 26...without the elevator.
And we were in Depth 27 without the friend.

We tried to get a GM on, but the friend had no idea how to send a support request, as well as other 2 don't, I knew how to send a request but the support link

doesn't work for me...just shows me a white blank page ;(

Finally, my friend just wasted 10ce(or elevator pass??) and rejoined us at Depth 27.
