Okay, so today I got lucky and ended up rage crafting a very high fiend UV for my freezing vaporizer MKII
so you can help by:
a. telling me the price
b. offering
c. tell me if I should keep this or not, Thanks! Evilsushi (in game name)

Vaporizers aren't meant to deal dmg, which means any dmg bonus on them is kinda worthless, you should aim for CTR.
Your Freezing Vaporizer MkII deals elemental damage. Fiends are neither weak, nor resistant to elemental damage. So your Fiend UV is not desirable, even though it is Very High. I recommend you continue rage crafting until you get Charge Time Reduction of Medium value or better. Sell this one. How much? No clue, who would want it?
