Steps

1. Make an account on Artscow.com
2. Choose an item and upload a picture
3. Go through the checkout process and enter the code at the discount area to the right (for me it was on the right)

Feel free to use a different code if you want to.

Note: The mousepad costs 10 - 11 or so including shipping, but using a code knocks it down to $.99

Note2: You can do this again from a different IP address if you want as long as you make a new account. Logging in on the same account on a different IP address disqualifies the "new" IP. (Pretty sure you can do it from a smart phone, just use the phone's own internet.)
