Please I need a GM - Ticket#201210171001559

1 Month ago my steam account was hijacked and my SK account banned because of "account compromised". The ticket assigned was the following Ticket#201210171001559. I lost an 500.000 CE account.

After several weeks talking with spanish and english GMs, one week ago I receive the following answer from GM Clotho (Spanish GM).

"Greetings Knight

We recieve an answer from the ban review department and they autorized to remove the ban from your account. However gathering your items can take a while. We will take today and tomorrow to gather and localize as much as we can."

This was one and a half week ago. Since then, I've been asking an update to spanish and english GM with no answer at all.

I know that you don't do rollbacks, but the scammer stole my brother account, and then he talked to me like was him, knowing my name and everything.

My account worth like 500K ce, and I feel that you don't want to help me at all. I know I'm F2P, but I've been 2 years playing this, I'm a very active player, and after one month I STILL try to get my account back.

Please, at least answer my mails saying that you couldn't get nothing back, but say something.

I rather retire if I don't get my things back, and I've been waiting for that negative answer during one month, I want at least create the retire thread with my own nick, not with this crap. Please unban my account if you couln't track my things.

How hard could be track 200.000 CE and 10 Mill.. seems that waaaaaay too hard. You guys did a masive rollback when the market went crazy, but when a long time player ask for help, you simple do nothing, I'm really dissaponted.

Give me my account back, I want to retire with my own nick, I don't want to keep waiting for an incomplete account, because I'm sure that's why I'll get.

Say the one that hacked you sold your items to a legit innocent person, then that person used some energy to buy something from AH. Then whoever put that thing on AH used the profits to craft something,etc. Or the energy simply dissaperaed with elevators and revives.

1 person can create a big chain of events, psecially with that much energy.

This is not the place to post such things. But if it is legitimate I would suggest you change all of your passwords and clean any computers that you store your passwords on. OOO can only do so much, you are in charge of your account details and are lucky that they can help you get them back.

If you are being honest, I hope you get your data back.

no, i disagree. if OOO's customer service sucks, i would like to know. im still f2p, and customer service is one of those things that helps me decide if i ever want to be p2p.

OOO's customer service is pretty damn good. The GMs are pretty awesome and they have a fairly quick response time. However, the reason we want him to keep this a private matter and within the support request is because the support team tends to value users' privacy, but reserves the right to discuss the context of the ban in public as long as the user is the one to instigate it.

If you want to find out about the customer service, go send them a request your own support ticket and see for yourself how they handle themselves.
